UPCOMING WORKSHOPS AND LESSONS

CREATIVE MOVEMENT
Children experience a range of developmental movement and composition elements, alongside introductory ballet fundamentals, including but not limited to: fast/slow, high/low, positive/negative space, the first three ballet feet positions, and improvisation. Emphasis is placed on exploration and personal expression rather than learning “steps.”

A 6 or 8 week course will be announced soon, to start in April 2026.

ABIGAIL’S EXPERTISE

Abigail is a classically trained modern dancer, who has a firm grounding in Contact Improvisation and Viewpoints Improvisation. She leads workshops like this regularly and may be booked for any of these types of classes upon request. Additionally, she is adept in teaching ballet and jazz. She enjoys students of all ages and abilities!
